The Weddings

Thank you for considering Virginia Barn Wedding at Adams International School for your big day! Couples and families opting to use VBW for their special events help to support the continued education of the children at Adams International School. This, in turn, supports the growth of our future generations. We could not do what we do without the support of the events held at the Red Barn!

Additional information will be provided should you choose to come tour the space, as there are a lot of details that you just have to come out and see for yourself!


OUR PACKAGE

Below you will find basic steps on booking with us. Additional information will be provided should you choose to come tour the space, as there are a lot of details that you just have to come out and see for yourself!

When you rent our venue for your big day, you get more than just use of the property! By renting the property, you get access to 4+ locations for your ceremony (should you choose to have it on-site), access to the first floor restrooms in the main school building (if less than 55 guests), hookups for restroom trailer for additional restrooms (required for events with over 55 guests), field parking area close by for ease of use by your guests and transportation vehicles, a handmade bar inside of the Red Barn, along with access to many rentals items (separate fees may apply depending on package options), and 10+ iron patio tables and iron patio chairs perfect for cocktail hour!

WHAT YOU GET

  • Facility Coordinator on-site for 1 hour for rehearsal

  • Facility Coordinator on-site for 10 hours for wedding day (+1.5 hours for cleanup)

  • Facility Coordinator:

    • checks in with vendors

    • family’s point of contact

    • handles property related issues

    • handles the caterer walkthrough at the end of breakdown

    • handles the event closeout and reset at the end of the event

    • handles the ceremony chair breakdown after conclusion of the ceremony

  • 10 hours use of the barn (Noon – 10 PM–Vendors are able to stay onsite for cleanup until 11:30 PM)

  • 10 hours use of the 40’x60′ Paver Patio

  • Sixteen 5′ round tables

  • Two 6′ rectangle tables

  • Two 8′ rectangle tables

  • 125 white wooden chairs
